Kelsey House Doodles Ltd obtains information about you when you use our website, when you send an email or contact using the application form. The personal information we may collect includes your name, address, email address and telephone numbers.

 

It is Kelsey House Doodles policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you or which you may provide to us, in the circumstances set out below. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, safeguard and otherwise make use of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”).

  • we have lawful grounds to do so, including to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;

  • we are performing a contract with you for our services; and

The information provided by yourself is used to process an enquiry or application you have made for a puppy. Further use of the information you provide is used by us to make you aware of future litters, puppy and litter availability, and further communication with relation to taking on a puppy from ourselves.

 

Our Kelsey House puppy contract will contain your details, and these details will be held as long as necessary for related and relevant support, seeking feedback, contractual obligations and to meet the requirements of the local authority licencing regulations.

 

Kelsey House puppy owners will have their details held securely so that we may be able to communicate appropriate and relevant information in the future.

 

 

Kelsey House Doodles Ltd will not sell your information to third parties, but we will share it where required to provide you with our agreed contractual obligations, i.e. Microchip transfer. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you change email address, home address, telephone number or email, please email us so we can update the records.
